It is with great pleasure that we announce the launching of an annual UHAUL COMMUNITIES OF HOPE FOUNDATION "SMILES FOR MILES" DAY on Saturday May 10th, 2008
UHAUL COMMUNITIES OF HOPE FOUNDATION became incorporated as a non-profit association on February 1/07 with the purpose of " Helping families along the way". This year we are celebrating the "SMILES FOR MILES DAY" in approximately twenty participating U-Haul Dealers throughout the Interior of British Columbia and some coastal communities as well.  It is the vision of the foundation to expand the "SMILES FOR MILES” day across the Prairie Provinces and then nationally.


Our aim is to raise funds to assist families in need in our communities. Funds raised at the various participating U-Haul locations will be deposited with the foundation and needy organizations will then make their applications for assistance. A foundation will review the applications and determine where the funds will be distributed.

from 10:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M. Hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, coffee, pop and popcorn will be available. Also, for the children there will be balloons and a Bounce n'Play as well as an opportunity to play some road hockey with some of the Vipers and other notable local hockey players.  There will be ticket draws for door prizes as well as a 50/50 draw.

We would like to extend an invitation to you to show your support by dropping by for a short while, or as long as you care to stay, to show your expertise as a short order chef!
